Join us in the spirit of the season of remembrance.
Cherish.
Honor.
Remember.
Cherish a loved one during Tufts Medicine Care at Home’s remembrance gathering. Honor them by adding a light to our hearts and remember them in our tribute book.
Dear Friends,
‘Tis the season to view beautiful displays of holiday lights. For some, the lights signify the start of the holiday season and festivities shared with those we love. For others, the lights may evoke memories of family or friends who are no longer with us to gather in celebration.
This year, Tufts Medicine Care at home, formerly Merrimack Valley Hospice, hopes you will join us in person with your family and friends.
Tufts Medicine Care at Home will also display a special Remembrance Wreath at High Pointe House throughout the month of December. A wreath, without a beginning or end, represents life stories that continue in the memory of those who cherish them. Decorated with lights, the wreath symbolizes that memories of loved ones endure and burn brightly, bringing joy and comfort to all who remember.
The tribute book may be found on our website.
We wish you comfort and peace this holiday season, and we thank you for being part of the caring work of hospice.
