Join us for our express childbirth readiness class where we’ll give you a fast-paced overview of labor stages, comfort techniques, pain management and common medical interventions—perfect for those who want to get ready quickly! We’ll also cover postpartum recovery, adjusting to parenthood and connect you with local parenting resources. While this class is designed to be shorter and more to the point, we also offer a longer, in-depth option that goes at a slower pace for those who want more time to dive deeper into each topic. 

Note: This streamlined class does NOT include a tour, but you can easily schedule that separately.
