Essential skills for safe + confident care

Taught by certified SafeSitter instructors, this class helps grandparents learn how to provide safe, high-quality care for their grandchildren. You'll get the latest guidance on caring for infants and children, managing behavior at any age, and handling emergencies. The course also covers lifesaving skills like choking rescue, first aid and injury management.  

Designed for expectant and new grandparents, this class will be held at MelroseWakefield Hospital in Perkins Lecture Hall. Space is limited to 10 participants and registration is required.
