Lawrence Memorial Hospital 100 Year Anniversary
Community Event - Sleepless in New England
We have all suffered an occasional sleepless night, but what happens when one night becomes many?
According to the National Institute of Health, sleep deficiency can interfere with work, school, driving, and social functioning and is linked to heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity and depression. Not getting enough sleep may also lead to a higher chance of injury in adults, teens, and children.
Join the MWHC Community Health Education Team to find ways to get a good night’s sleep. A tour of the MWHC Sleep Lab will be offered and information about Inspire therapy will be available. Inspire therapy is a mask-free solution for people with obstructive sleep apnea who have tried and struggled with CPAP.
