We are offering a different way of thinking about why losing weight is so challenging and will also present a set of solutions. Topics include:Problem solving approachManaging impulsive eatingUnderstanding emotional eatingMindfulnessPlease join psychologist Dr. Paul O’Brien Ed.D as he leads patients through this journey into better understanding eating habits and how to effectively manage habits and behaviors for success. This support group will meet on the first and third Wednesday of the month from 4-5 pm.
