BOSTON, MA – January 13, 2022 – Wellforce, a health system firmly committed to a collaborative, value-based approach to patient care, announced today the appointment of Christine Madigan as its first-ever Chief Consumer Officer. As the newest addition to Wellforce’s dynamic executive team, Christine will lead and advance marketing and communications programs focused on transforming the customer experience. She will develop and execute strategies that will clearly articulate Wellforce’s differentiating brand vision via strategic marketing, consumer journey mapping and internal communications, as well as support Wellforce talent in their professional growth.

Madigan joins Wellforce on January 24th from Boston-based New Balance Athletics, Inc., where she served in multiple roles, most notably, she championed, built and led the NB global marketing and brand management organization, doubling global brand revenues during her tenure. Prior to New Balance, Madigan was a marketing strategy consultant developing brand equity assessments and marketing strategy for numerous industries including financial services, beverages, restaurants and automotive. Christine started her career in brand management at Coca-Cola USA in Atlanta and spent almost a decade driving Diet Coke brand growth.
Madigan earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and her undergraduate degree in economics and classical studies from Tufts University.
