Remote access
Users must utilize the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) process to access Outlook Email via Web Access from outside the Lowell General Hospital network. If you have never used 2FA to access these programs, please read through the appropriate documentation below to configure your computer for initial setup. Contact the Help Desk at 978.937.6445 for assistance.
Once you have completed the initial setup:
