No one believes in our mission more than those on the front lines of care — our employees. Whether you work in accounts payable, at High Pointe House, as part of a care team, in urgent care or in a research lab, supporting our programs can be as easy as an automatic payroll deduction.

Seeing the need, every day 

Our employees see exactly how every dollar is put to work for the people we serve. Like funding groundbreaking cancer care. Or, reaching those in need, right where they live. And how we serve every person with compassion wherever they are in life’s journey. That’s what we do.

Our employee-giving fundraising is a grassroots effort to support these visions our team works so hard to achieve. We make it easy for our employees to support our health system one step further with tax-deductible financial donations drawn directly from their paychecks.

Submit your form

Begin or change your employee payroll contribution by downloading the Employee Giving Commitment Form. You can submit your form in 2 ways: by email or printed mail.

You may complete the form electronically, then submit it via email to jillian.carter@tuftsmedicine.org. Or, print your completed form and use interoffice mail to send it to the Philanthropy Department at the Saints Campus.

To make a donation via check, please download the Employee Giving Commitment Form. Complete this form and enclose it with your check sent via interoffice mail to the Philanthropy Department at the Saints Campus.
