Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program – Applicants

All applicants must have Step 1 and Step 2 completed for consideration. We accept applications through ERAS and grant interviews after review of medical school transcript, letters of recommendation, personal statement and USMLE scores.

Following interviews, we submit our official rank list to the NRMP. Decisions regarding selection for interview and rank order are made without regard to applicant race, sex, creed, ethnic background or national origin.

Eligibility criteria

Medical training at one of the following:

  1. LCME-accredited medical schools in the U.S. or  Canada
  2. AOA-accredited colleges of osteopathic medicine in the U.S. accredited by AOA (must have USMLE scores).
  3. International medical schools, with either a valid ECFMG certificate or a full license to practice medicine in Massachusetts. Alternatively, international graduates may complete a Fifth Pathway program at an LCME-accredited medical school
USMLE scores

All applicants must have Step 1 completed. Foreign Medical Graduates must have Steps 1 and 2 completed for consideration.

Visas

We support J-1 Visas only. Unfortunately, we cannot support H1-B Visas.

A clinical year in a program accredited by the ACGME or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in medicine, surgery, OB/GYN, neurology, family medicine, emergency medicine or in a transitional program is required prior to radiology residency.
