At Tufts Medical Center we believe that the wellness of our residents is critical to their ability to achieve and provide the best care to their patients.
We believe advocacy is a critical component of resident education. During your time at Tufts Medical Center, we work to develop the tools you need to be strong advocates for your patients, your communities, and our field.
We recognize that a diverse physician workforce enables the creation of a more just and equitable women’s healthcare field. To that end, we seek to recruit and support diverse residents that reflect the broad diversity of the patients that we serve.
The fellowship program is designed to include a wide breadth of clinical experiences, allowing fellows to become technically skilled, superbly trained subspecialists and consultants.
Fellows are encouraged to pursue their research interests in basic science, clinical and translational research. It is the goal that each fellow will have at least one presentation a year at a regional or national meeting during their fellowship.
Our staff is comprised of members of the OB/GYN team and other physicians around the hospital. They serve as mentors to guide fellows through the program to finding their niche.
Our fellowship program began over 40 years ago, with multiple graduates earning positions as academic leaders, research scientists, and valued clinicians.
