Join us for our 2-part series where we'll guide you through the different stages and phases of labor, share helpful comfort techniques, discuss pain management options, and cover common medical interventions. We'll also chat about postpartum recovery and adjusting to parenthood and connect you with local parenting resources. During our in-person session you'll get a tour of our labor and delivery unit. Our classes meet over one weekend on both Saturday and Sunday—once online and once face-to-face. We really encourage you to join us for both classes in the series.You will receive a link to join remote classes (session 1).The in-person class will take place at MelroseWakefield Hospital in Perkins Lecture Hall (session 2). Can't commit a whole weekend to these classes? Good news! We also offer this class over 3 Tuesday evenings. Don't worry, the material is exactly the same, just spread out over the sessions differently.

Relax through the process of art-making This free program is for both Tufts Medicine Lowell General Hospital Cancer Center and Weight Management and Bariatric Surgery patients and their caregivers. All sessions will be held in a hybrid format both in person and virtually* from 9 am–noon on the second Saturday each month. No classes will be held during the summer months. *Please note that the class on December 14th will be held in person only. There will be no virtual or remote participation available for this session.
