We’re here to support you through every stage of midlife and menopause. We will create a care plan just for you because no two experiences are the same.

We help support you so you can feel healthier, happier and empowered through all of life’s transitions.

Testing

Menopause is usually confirmed after 12 months without a period. However, some people may not notice this because of past surgeries, an IUD, or regular use of birth control or hormonal medications. In these cases, your doctor can diagnose menopause by reviewing your health history and doing simple lab tests.

Once we know you’re in menopause, we can use other tests to check your health and create a plan just for you. Talk to your doctor about which tests might help, including:

  • Blood sugar test
  • Bone strength test
  • Cholesterol check (lipid profile)
  • Mammogram
  • Mental health screening
  • Pelvic exam and Pap test
  • Transvaginal ultrasound
  • Urine tests

Treatments

For your menopause care, we work with you to create a personalized plan that includes treatments, care management, education and ongoing support. Our goal is to empower you with the tools and care needed to navigate menopause with confidence and well-being. Here are some of the treatments we may offer:

Bone health

As you age, especially after 50, your risk for osteoporosis increases. Since estrogen helps protect against bone loss, people going through menopause are at an even higher risk. To help prevent osteoporosis, we offer treatments and lifestyle recommendations that promote strong, healthy bones. Medications are available to prevent bone loss and reduce fracture risk.

Heart health

Menopause increases the risk of heart disease. We support heart health through screenings, preventive measures and lifestyle changes to help keep your heart strong and healthy.

Hormone therapy

Hormone therapy replenishes estrogen and, if needed, progesterone to ease common symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats and mood swings. It can also protect against bone loss and reduce the risk of heart disease.

Non-hormone + alternative therapies

If you prefer non-hormonal options, we offer therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnosis, weight management programs, and medications such as fezolinetant, gabapentin, oxybutynin and SSRI/SNRI agents to help manage symptoms.

Nutrition support

Proper nutrition is essential during menopause to manage symptoms and support overall health. We help ensure you get the right nutrients, such as calcium and vitamin D, to protect bone health, manage weight and boost energy.

Sleep support

Sleep issues like insomnia are common during menopause. We provide treatments and strategies to help you get better rest, improve mood and reduce stress, leading to a healthier, more balanced life.

Weight + wellness support

Managing weight during menopause can be challenging. We offer personalized weight management plans that include nutrition guidance, exercise recommendations, and support through weight loss medications.
