Join us for our express childbirth readiness class where we’ll give you a fast-paced overview of labor stages, comfort techniques, pain management and common medical interventions—perfect for those who want to get ready quickly! We’ll also cover postpartum recovery, adjusting to parenthood and connect you with local parenting resources. While this class is designed to be shorter and more to the point, we also offer a longer, in-depth option that goes at a slower pace for those who want more time to dive deeper into each topic. Note: This streamlined class does NOT include a tour, but you can easily schedule that separately.

Are you looking for diabetes management techniques and information on the latest diabetes technology?If so, this educational series and support group are for you!This group is designed for patients with Type 1 diabetes, but those with Type 2 are welcome to attend. You do not have to be a patient of the Diabetes and Endocrine Center to join. In this group, you will gain peer support and learn about healthy lifestyle habits with monthly discussions on insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitor options, smart insulin pens and other insulin delivery devices.In addition to this FREE support group, The Diabetes and Endocrine Center offers diabetes self-management education and training sessions.TopicsEach month a variety of diabetes-related topics will be covered and discussed.
