The New Moms' Support Group is a FREE drop in support group open to all moms up to a year after delivery, and not restricted to new moms. Come join us whether it is your first, second, third child, or more. If you have any questions on breastfeeding, a certified lactation consultant is available as a resource. Come connect with other new moms to share questions and concerns as well as experiences and tips, and learn from each other. It’s a great way to meet other mothers and babies, learn and build friendships, and share experiences while supporting each other. This support group meets weekly on Tuesdays from 10 am–noon. Come every week or just when you can! Registration is not required.

Join us for a fun and informative 2-hour, in-person class taught by a local pediatrician and a certified childbirth educator. You'll learn all the essential skills for new parents, including diapering, feeding, bathing, and important safety precautions. We'll also cover topics like safe sleep, childhood illnesses, choosing a pediatrician, and addressing common safety concerns. The class will be held at MelroseWakefield Hospital in the Perkins Lecture Hall.

Join us for our 3-part series where we'll guide you through the different stages and phases of labor, share helpful comfort techniques, discuss pain management options, and cover common medical interventions. We'll also chat about postpartum recovery and adjusting to parenthood and connect you with local parenting resources. During our in-person session you'll get a tour of our labor and delivery unit. Our classes meet on weekday evenings 3 times—twice online and once face-to-face. We really encourage you to join us for all three classes in the series.You will receive a link to join remote classes (session 1 + 2).The in-person class will take place at MelroseWakefield Hospital in Perkins Lecture Hall (session 3).Weekdays aren't the best for you? Good news! We also offer this class over one weekend—both Saturday and Sunday. Don't worry, the material is exactly the same, just spread out over the sessions differently.
